G. TRANSLATION .

Translate into English :

Ans . I strange thing happened to me yesterday . I was back from my office . Reaching to my building the light went off . The generator and the lift were also not working . I anyhow reached to the stairs in the darkness . Trying to keep my foot on the first stair , I fell down . Then only , someone holded my hand and lifted me . That person , unknown to me , holded my hand and took me up the stairs . On the eight floor , before my flat , I thanked him with my reaching to my float . Suddenly , the li

ght came back . I looked to my unknow friend . He was blind . A blind person had showed me the way .

Poem :-

I’m handicapped and wheelchair bound Expected to sit and not make a sound Just to smile and let the world go by With saintly patience and never sigh. Inside my head thoughts come and go Ideas are born which long to flow Flow from my lips and link me with others But words sound strange as no one bothers.

My tongue and lips do not as I ask I cannot perform the simplest task But I have a mind and I’m still their.

Don’t lock me out in your ignorance there. Talk though I seem not to understand Touch me, include me, hold my hand I am alive and I have time to give Let me share in the life I was given to live.
